In Hollywood, California, casting directors often say, "There are no such things as small roles but only small actors." This quote relates greatly to me because when I was in the fifth grade, I was in the school play, The Wizard of Oz. In the play I only had one line. My one line in the play was the highlight of the performance in my eyes. That was the happiest day of my life and from that point on I knew I wanted to be become an actress.
In the play I performed the part of one of the mice. Although children's from age's eight to twelve were not allowed to audition, we played a huge part in the dance sequence of the play. Luckily, the director changed his mind and decided to cast some of the children.
On the day of the audition, I was overcome with nervousness because my classmates were watching me. Nevertheless, I continued working hard and went on with the audition. I finally said the anticipated line, "Hey where did you get all those poppies from, huh?". It's been a long time since I've said that line. I can not believe I still remember it.
When the day of the show came, I was so excited and also very chatty. The show started and as I predicted, I said the long awaited line: "Hey where did you get all those poppies from, huh?" I did a phenomenal job! Everyone congratulated me at the conclusion of the play.
When I went home that night, I could not sleep. The audience's reaction was all I could think about. The idea that I captivated the audience with my voice and my irresistible charm amazed me and sparked an interest in me.

The part is what you make of it..n im sure you stole the show..even if it was for 3 seconds...becuz thas all that matters...it takes a team 2 make a great show/play/skit or movie...if everyone did as you did for there part...the whole project would b great...keep it up...[ a good read]
